The room was clean and offered all available facilities. Staff showed very good behaviour. I appreciated the comfortable bed and great amenities, especially after a long travel day.
I arrived in the evening, and I found the front door difficult to locate. There was not sufficient signage and the lighting was poor in the dark alleys. I spent about 10 minutes walking to find the entrance.

the room was super clean, the bed was super comfortable. the staff was warm and cute. everything was peaceful and well-kept. i found it perfect for a restful night.
i had difficulty finding the front door, even after checking the location on google maps. there was no signage visible, and the lighting in the alleys was quite poor. a decent light and clearer signs would be beneficial.

poor signage difficult entrance
the room was clean the towels and soap dispensers were available in the shower room
i found it difficult to locate the front door upon arrival there wasn't clear signage i had to rely on google maps and still struggled to find the entrance a guest eventually opened the door for me after i knocked it was not ideal as a woman traveling alone especially with the poor lighting in the alley

the staff were very helpful and flexible. they answered all my requests quickly. the location is central, so i found restaurants easily (this was very useful). the room was very clean.

I found the location excellent and the value amazing. the room was super clean, and the bed proved super comfortable. the staff was warm and cute, a positive experience. everything felt peaceful and well kept. It.
The building was a bit of a warren of rooms. It had odd internal corridors.
